The level of consumption of instant noodles always increases every year. Mangrove fruit with good nutritional content can potentially be used as mangrove fruit flour to be used as fortification of raw materials for making instant noodles. The advantage of mangrove fruit flour as an ingredient for instant noodles is that it is richer in nutrients. Whole wheat flour has a risk of gluten content in wheat flour, the impact can be detrimental to health. So it is necessary to have other alternatives that can reduce the use of wheat flour with risk. One of them is making noodles with various flour mixtures or with a mixture of fish meat to increase the protein value and essential fatty acids in it. One example of fish that is good for health is mackerel. The research method used was Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 3 factors (F1, F2, F3, and control). Data analysis using SPSS 22 software with analysis of variance (ANOVA) 95% confidence level. Further tests were carried out using Duncan's test to determine the significant difference between each variable. The study showed that instant noodles could be produced from the formulation of wheat flour, mangrove fruit flour, and fish meal. There was an increase in the total ash total; crude fiber and crude protein content of instant noodles and there is an increase in the carbohydrate and fiber content of instant noodles, the use of mangrove fruit flour and mackerel fish meal has the potential to be a source of protein and fiber in the production of healthy instant noodles and is lower in gluten. The best results was obtained instant noodle formulation F2 (200 grams of wheat flour + 50 grams of mackerel fish meal + 50 grams of mangrove fruit flour). However, noodles produced from 100% wheat flour (control) were the most preferred instant noodles with a value of 4.75.
Nurul Syahida Harepa Sumartini PW Ratrinia Muh Suryono Shiffa FS Copyright (c) 2022 Nurul Syahida Harepa, Sumartini, PW Ratrinia, Muh Suryono, Shiffa FS https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2022-06-01 2022-06-01 3 213 222 10.21070/pssh.v3i.155 Need Analysis of LKPD Development based on Metacognitive Approach in Science Learning in Elementary School https://pssh.umsida.ac.id/index.php/pssh/article/view/154
One of the success factors in learning science is meeting the learning needs of students. "Pour And Peace" is a beverage brand originating from Pekanbaru City and has a good appeal among teenagers to the elderly. With the uniqueness of the drink that uses coffee beans typical of the Sumatran region and the visuals on the product, it is possible to promote the "Pour And Peace" product to strengthen the image and awareness of the target audience for local products. The “Pour And Peace” product has its own uniqueness with its visual appearance that looks like a drink containing alcohol in its packaging. But actually this drink is coffee beer or so-called coffee soda. "Pour And Peace" itself makes the design more unique because the main target market is young people or teenagers. The use of photography is very possible to be used as a way to promote "Pour And Peace" products, by taking pictures made more expressive, with product photo techniques, still life, angel placement, composition and so on. This design is made using a marketing design method that identifies product data and marketing data which are finally analyzed. After the identification process, the author determines the synthesis and design concept which consists of media planning and creative planning so as to produce a design concept concept. The final design results are determined in the form of promotional media in the form of photos and videos published on social media. The results of this design are expected to introduce coffee beer products
Rina Nurfitri Anggi Rahmansyah Copyright (c) 2022 Rina Nurfitri, Anggi Rahmansyah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2022-06-02 2022-06-02 3 348 353 10.21070/pssh.v3i.184 Business Process Analysis and Implementation of Odoo Open Source ERP System in Inventory, Purchasing and Sales Activities https://pssh.umsida.ac.id/index.php/pssh/article/view/180
The development of information technology is the main thing for trading companies in developing their business. The process of improving the quality of lecturers should be planned and realized in line with needs, so that in the end it can achieve the vision and mission that has been set. The calculation of the lecturer's achievement index is done by collecting tridharma data (teaching, research and community service). At the STIKI Malang, the tridharma data collection process was obtained from various work units via email. In addition, the existing process has been carried out manually by the secretary of the study program. This results in the recording process taking a long time and the potential for recap errors is greater. So we need a lecturer achievement index system that can help related work units in processing lecturer achievement index data. With the creation of this system, it is hoped that it can accelerate and facilitate STIKI Malang to process lecturer achievement index data and increase accuracy in calculating the lecturer achievement index value.
Michael Surya Gemilang Anita Adnan Zulkarnain Copyright (c) 2022 Adnan Zulkarnain, Michael Surya Gemilang, Anita https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2022-06-02 2022-06-02 3 366 379 10.21070/pssh.v3i.150 Determinants of Customer loyalty: service quality and satisfaction https://pssh.umsida.ac.id/index.php/pssh/article/view/149
This study aims to explain the role of satisfaction in influencing service quality to customer loyalty at PT. (2017:03).

Feri Tirtoni Rugaya Ika Ratna Indra Astutik Copyright (c) 2022 Feri Tirtoni, Rugaya, Ika Ratna Indra Astutik https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2022-06-29 2022-06-29 3 659 668 10.21070/pssh.v3i.221 Pengembangan Media Smart Board Hybride Learning Version 2.0 Berbasis Primary Education Level Interactive Class untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Critical Thinking Ability Menghadapi Era – Post.
